Jungkook’s makguksu recipe in Weverse live chat this morning

Recipe Mixed sauce with makguksu :
• 4 tablespoons perilla oil (Jungkook said not to use the brown perilla like you are using, but to use pressed perilla oil at low temperature, the color will turn yellow)
• 1 tablespoon Buldak sauce
• 1 tablespoon Buldak mayo sauce
• 2 spoons of Cham fish sauce (a kind of soy sauce)
• 1 egg yolk
• Crushed garlic/red chili powder/sliced chili

Prepare buckwheat noodles (made with at least 30% buckwheat flour). Put noodles in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Then rinse the noodles with cold water to remove the starch and squeeze out the water. Pour the sauce over the boiled noodles. Add dried seaweed and mix and enjoy!
